I am so excited this morning, I am getting a little control on weighing in every day as my obsession with the scale is diminishing, I am finally down to weighing in two times a week. My official weigh-in is on Tuesday, but I am allowing a Friday weigh-in to keep me on track. Anyway, on to the results..............

I have earned my 15 pound clippie!! 17 pounds down since starting WISH, 26 pounds down since moving last January!

Can I please have my new clippie???

I am also one that weighs in twice a week. Monday is the official weigh in, Friday is the day I use to stay on track for the weekend.

Just how do you get control over getting on the scale? I used to be really good about only weighing in once a week (ok maybe I cheated once mid-week just to see) but lately I find myself hoping on at least once a day and sometimes twice a day! :eek: I just can't stop!!!!
 
This support group is just the best thing for me. I hope I can do as well as you have, sweetie.

Katholyn, I have to agree with you, this board has helped me tremendously. I also have a weekly WISH group that I meet with in person on our base and the support from both is wonderful.

Amanda, I am glad I am not the only one. I used to weigh in every morning and it about drove me crazy and I find the twice weigh-in to be enough for me.

Just how do you get control over getting on the scale?

Becka, I just found the daily weighing in too frustrating and it took me about 5-6 weeks to train myself to stop hopping on every morning. I find by waiting I have something to look forward to in just a couple of days time.

Thanks everyone, your support is so instrumental in helping me lose.
 
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I would suggest just hiding those scales. I put mine some where out of the way so I won't want to jump on it everyday. ;)
