Maybe if it wasn't labeled as a confrontation, but coworker relations. Believe me, I have had to work on some coworker relations. I didn't mean anything against what you said Stinkerbelle. I hate loud annoying noises when I am concentrating . I am working up the courage to ask our courier to change his very annoying ring tone on his phone that blasts throughout the office.

I say good for you. When you work in an area where there are other co-workers, you really need to be mindful of others. Some people don't realize they are doing something that bothers others unless something is said.

I think if you would have let it build up and not say something, the confrontation could have been worse. Glad to see it worked out, though!

Speaking of annoying coworkers....I worked with someone who'd talk to themselves contantly! It drove me nuts! I know some peopletalk or hum to themselves when they concentrate, but do they have to do it loud enough for me to hear? Its makes me crazy and I want to yell "SHUT UP!"

OMG she works with me now! LOL And she sits right next to me. I never know if she's talking to herself or to me. Freakin' annoying!
