I did finally get through to Connection but,.I still need some help.

Please be patient with me. I did get through and joined by automated entry. Now they gave me a number at the end of the recording and I couldn't write it down. Does anyone have the number where I can order vouchers.?I leave in about 2 1/2 weeks. Thanks!

Doesn't matter..that number is out of order. I called back to the original number (and finally the computers are back up). They told me to call back in two days, when I'll be in the system. If I order over $50, they will send 2 day UPS, so I should have them Monday or Tuesday. No way would they let me order right away. She even went and asked a supervisor.

I did call back to the main number and I was told that it could take uo 7- 10 days to get into the system. Then she said I could check back in 1 day or 2 and I plan to do just that. I didn't think that these vouchers would be such a great deal until I found out that Beaches and Cream will accept them. Now I think that they are a great deal. I just hope I can get them soon. We leave on May 18th. YES!!!!!

I joined through mypoints on 4/26 and printed out the confirmation page. I still have not heard a word from connections. How long does it usually take?

I also joined on 4/26 through MyPoints and I called the Connections # to see if I could get a membership # right away. The person that I spoke with said it would take about a week to be "in the system". I have not gotten any e-mails from Connections- I thought it mentioned on the confirmation page that I could expect one shortly. I asked the woman on the phone if my trial period began when I received my member # and she said it began on the day I signed up. I pointed out that I was actually being "shorted" a week of the trial membership since I had no # to access the web site. She was stumped and told me it wouldn't take long to decide if I wanted the membership. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Boy, I don't like the things I'm hearing about this company. I see no real incentive to continue with the membership after my initial order and trial period. I think I've made my mind up about cancellation, and I haven't even placed an order yet.

The same thing happened to me when I called to join. I asked if I could place my order over the phone immediately they gave me the one week to be in the system speech..so I said forget it..At that point they only had my name and address no credit card info. So then I was determined to order the passes and vouchers that day. ( I am very compulsive) So I call back and the guy says hell Mrs So&So can I reactivate your membership and then gave me my membership# without credit card info..go figure. Anyway, the same day I placed my order and it arrived in 4 days..and no they still have not charged me membership nor have I received the membership kit, so I guess I'll put an extra dollar in the collection basket this sunday at Mass. The company is really screwy, but did save me $$ on the passes and the vouchers.

My computer and phone must be hot-wired to them. I joined through mypoints, no problem, printed out the confirmation number, ordered immediately, got my passes, called on the last day and got right through and canceled without enduring any nonsense. You guys will just have to move to south Georgia.

I joined thru coolsavings, have no confirmation no nothing! What do I do?

Wanted to join thru mypoints and couldn't find the link. Anyone know where it is?

I joined in March through Coolsavings. I didn't hear from them so I went to the Connections web site and e-mailed them. I received a reply in less than 24 hours and the reply contained my membership number. As soon as I got the number I went back to the website, logged on and ordered vouchers and a few other things. All vouchers arrived on Tuesday(I ordered on Thursday) and the other things that were shipped separately arrived on Monday. You will have to sign for the vouchers, so if you will not be home leave a signed note for the UPS person!

Hey patsal, just a headsup. I did the same thing as you and I ended up with TWO memberships. The coolsavings signup came in the mail 2 days after the online signup. The info from the online signup must've taken about 2-3 weeks and from coolsavings it had to be 6 wks at least since I waited and waited and waited before I joined online.

I cancelled both w/o a problem and never paid more than the $1.
