I honestly don't know how something as huge as Disney can continue to have this service. It's despicable. Really, I'm so mad. Grrrrr...

I'm trying to cancel an ADR I have for tomorrow, but it keeps telling me that only the primary person on the account can cancel anything.
HELLO! I am the primary person on the account.
It wouldn't let me book my vacation in the first place, because it has the primary user listed as an INFANT! Even though right next to it, it says 1967 as the birth year. I had to add an additional family member with my same name, just to book.
It said to call a CM to fix it. What a joke. He didn't know what I was talking about and didn't really care...and he didn't fix it. He just kept repeating that the primary person on the vacation I just booked is listed as an adult, so it doesn't matter.
Well, that would be because I had to create an alter ego.

Ugh! I really miss the old site. All I want to do is cancel an ADR for tomorrow so I don't have to pay for it. :faint:
And now the reservations page is wonky and won't search. :furious: I cleared my cookies, thinking that would help. Now, it won't let me log back in. It says my password is incorrect, even though I just logged in with the same password 15 minutes ago. :(
 
I just tried logging into the DVC site and it won't let me log in either. Saying my email is not recognized::mad:badpc:
 
It's very inconsistent. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't.
Sometimes my ADRs are there, sometimes they aren't. .... same with hotel reservations.

I was having a problem canceling dining reservations last night also.
 

LOL Got in this morning no problem. Getting in was great making dining reservations:rotfl2::rotfl::confused3
 
If you think that's bad -

Disney broke my whole account. I can login but can't make ADRs, it has a made-up middle name for me that I can't remove, and the last time they tried to "fix" it for me I couldn't even login to my ESPN account for a day.
 
I don't think we've even seen anything close to how bad the My Disney Experience website will get. I'm going on vacation in October with my parents. My Dad and I have linked accounts for our reservations which is creating even more headaches. Although the confirmation #s are linked, he is also having the 'infant' issue. Yet he shows as an adult under the same linked reservations in my profile.

Wait until Fast Pass+ is launched with the bracelets and fast pass reservations linked to the Disney Experience website managing multiple user accounts on the same vacation ... it's going to be a trainwreck atleast initially

There is only one dining fastpass so far, for Be Our Guest lunch.

I think it's hit or miss as to whether any given person can access it on any given day.

I also think you pick a time to arrive and order ahead.
