I.D. tag for kids

Another idea is using Shrinky Dinks. I was a director at a camp and every two weeks we would get new campers so every two weeks we would make Shrinky Dink name tags. I would prep the tags by write their name and group name in bold sharpy on about a small postcard size piece of shrinky dink, punch a hole near an edge to add a lanyard and round the corners of the card. Then each camper would get to decorate their tag however they liked. I would take them home after the first day and bake them for a few minutes until they became solid little tags. Everyone loved it!

Google "shinky dink" if you haven't heard of it - it's really fun!

I don't think this has been mentioned but on a podcast 5 years ago or so someone mentioned tottoos.org. You can't put a ton of information on it but, you can put a name and phone number and it's a tattoo that is water resistant. I checked out the website they have medical ones too. I haven't used them but, they look interesting.
