Hi

I recieved my Orlando Flex Tickets and Disney Ultimate Tickets this morning :cool1: and i was just reading the back of the flex ticket and its says "valid photo i.d and guest signature is required for each visit"

Is a photocopy of our passports valid i.d as we dont want to be carrying them around with us?

To be honest I have never had to show photo id or sign when entering Universal or Disney parks.
On your first visit you will be asked to provide a thumb/finger print. You are then scanned each time you enter the park after that.
If you do need photo id for anything - for example if you want to have an alcoholic drink in the parks - your credit card style driving license will be enough. There has always been some confusion as to what is accepted based purely on the fact that the CM's most of the time have no idea if the document they are looking at is genuine or not. And how can they? They can't possibly recieve training in spotting fakes from all the different countries that visit Florida.

I have had to show ID only on the odd occasion, maybe 3 times in 26 trips. Chances are you won't need to.
As Kenny says best option is Photo driving license, £20 every 10 years is great value for ID.
Many people take a photocopy of passport and used it no problem but many places also won't accept it, its a very hit and miss option, I wouldn't want to risk it myself.
