I could use some prayers right now please

I know everyone on here says there's something about prayer and positive thinking so I'm hoping for some of that today. Yesterday we found out my dad has what they are calling a nodule on his lung. They say they don't know what it is. He is going for a PET scan today, so I'm guessing we won't find anything out until next week which kind of stinks with Christmas being this weekend, it will be on my mind constantly. This is just really hitting me close to home because my husband just finished all of his treatments in October for Hodgkins Lymphoma. We found out about my husband when our daughter was just a month old and now here it is her first Christmas and I feel as if we're going through it all over again. I know they said not to worry about it until they get some answers but that's easier said than done. I could really use some prayers, positive thoughts, pixie dust right now and I pray that they find out it's just nothing.

My friend heard this very same news, nodule on her right lung, biopsy, surgery. It was nothing. Many times lung nodules are just from the environment you live in.

Oh I so hope you are right! Just with everything my husband went through I tend to think the worst. Thanks everyone for the support, I'm a nervous wreck!
