He gave of himself to others, he use to make speeches around the state to raise funds to help build a new childrens hospital in Portland. The construction was finished the year after he died and a special memorial is in place in his honor.
For all of you who are reading this post, I want you to know that the memories you make are the most important thing you can do with your family. The cost of a "dream" trip will be repaid over and over and over. Your memories are truly priceless.
