I Cleaned My...

laundry room this morning!! It's been sadly neglected for "quite some time" now (you know, just too much DISing to do to bother with cleaning it!) and DH has been after me to get it cleaned...
well, I had to call the furnace repair man and in order for him to get downstairs to the basement I HAD to clean the room as the door was blocked with "stuff." Took me 3 hours, but it sure does look nice now! It just seems to be a "catch all" for stuff we don't know what to do with and since it has "saloon type" doors we can just keep it shut off and nobody sees "the mess"... I do feel better about getting it cleaned though...now if I can just keep it that way!!

Hey....sign me up too if you're cleaning laundry room & basements!! I need both done!!

Our basement has one tiny corridor throughout a maze of boxes. Boxes that I moved here from California 6 years ago & either I haven't needed what's in there or some boxes which I never opened!

Well, gee, thanks a bunch for all the offers for me to come clean your basements and laundry rooms but I'll just have to pass, sorry. My upstairs is "next on the list..." There are three bedrooms and a bathroom up there plus a large closet and they all need some heavy duty attention. My daughter's room hasn't been touched since she got married and moved out, almost three YEARS ago...yikes!! Hey, I got an idea!! How about ALL OF YOU GUYS come and help ME!!! I'll feed ya!!
