Hi All,

After a long thought process, and days spent at the computer going over departure times :surfweb: I have changed our flights in November (Gatwick to Orlando on Virgin Atlantic) from the 12.45 flight to the earlier 10.45 flight. It set me back an extra £170:scared1: to change it (something to do with getting a good deal on our original seats which are not avaliable on the earlier flight).:confused3

I can't believe I paid that much for an extra 2 hours, and on the chance that the 12.45 would more likely than not be delayed........ am I mad?

Why didn't you book the 10.45am flight in the first place? I wouldn't have paid that much to put my flight forward a couple of hours, but then think how happy you will feel if you arrive at Gatwick and see a nice big "delayed" next to the 12.45pm flight. :goodvibes

I'm not hoping to see any 'delayed' sign for the 12.45 flight on the 12th November - we have no choice but to go for the later flight (unless we fly over from Belfast the night before but that puts up the cost).

Lets hope all the flights get away on time :thumbsup2

Tracey

Are you mad? Maybe:goodvibes but thats exactly the sort of thing I would do. Its done now so try not to think about it too much and relax:thumbsup2
