While I enjoy it staying lighter longer at night, I hate thats its dark in the morning again. I just get to the point where I get to go for my morning jog in the light and than BAM, Im back to running in the dark for another month or so.
But overall it is nice because its a sure sign of spring.

Want to be able to get outside and walk after work
Its 730am before I get the chance to walk in the morn (DS on bus at 720) so I dont need to worry about the dark

I am so with you on this one. One of those news shows did a special a couple of years ago about folks who have mood swings, changes in sleeping and eating patterns, etc. due to the shorter days. I just have to be one of those people because every year I'm just dying for DST to begin.

I have to admit, I am one of the ones who really dislikes it... I do not the dark mornings and I dislike that the sunset time isn't until about 9 PM... that means it isn't totally dark for a while after that. I do not need it light that late. Call me crazy, but I wish we did what a lot of Indiana does and don't change.

We don't go on daylight savings in AZ....the LAST thing we need in the summer is another hour of 114 degrees! We keep our early morning sunshine. I DO like being on the same time as LA though because I do a lot of my work with them and it's easier when we're on the same work day schedule.
