I can't sleep

and to make matters worse beacuase I can't sleep I keep thinking about stupid stuff that shouldn't matter and it worries me like the house I live in I am renting till Feb and then my lease is up and may not be renewed because landlord wants to sell and I am pretty sure whoever buys it will buy it to live in not rent out and I love my place and location I am hoping my lanlord will sell to us on cotract like he had sugested to me when I told him how bad our credit is (long story) and no down payment what so ever (another long story) now because I am worried I may not be able to sleep until I call landlord tomorrow and revisit the Contract conversation.

I hate those nights. Luckily I found an over-the-counter sleep aid that helps (a Walgreen store brand). I don't use them often but when I need them, they're very nice to have on hand. These helped on the night before DD and I were to leave for WDW. I'm like a kid and figured I wouldn't be able to sleep if I didn't take one of these... and was so glad I did.

i hate those thinking nights
when the house is quite and all the thoughts you push away all day come rushing in

i found reading a good book or watching a really great movie gets my mind off the problems and then i can sleep
