I can't remember if 100yr pins still lights up?

Does anyone know if the 100 year anniversary pins still light up?
If so, I'll need to get a new battery.


I just got out my summer clothes! In the Northwest, they last for decades!

They were still working perfectly for us last August.

I am buying new batteries for mine. We leave pretty soon.
I can't imagine they would remove the activators for these pins. They are so much fun!

They're still selling the magical moments pins, just obviously not with the 100 years of magic design on them, so they must still work. They are lots of fun, another one of Disney's great ideas.

Ours still worked in December when we were there over Christmas. You can get the batteries at Wal Mart in the camera section. Our Wal Mart limits you on how many because apparently people use the same batteries to make bombs!!

They are a fat pin that has lights in it and a computer chip of some sort and there are things in various rides and in some of the parade floats that send out a signal to the pins and they do a little lightshow all by themselves as you are wearing them.

My DD's 100 year pin was still working this past January too! We take it every year. Just needed to replace the batterires and we were all set. She still gets excited when that pin lights up and shes 9!

I still get excited when they light up and I am 52! LOL
