So I can't post in one thread and I'm not sure why. I can post in all others except one. I can view the thread but it says I have insufficient privileges to reply here.

No doubt. But it has never been explained to me why. I've sent a email to the admin email listed and have never received a reply. I've also PM'D one and received nothing. Before that I PM'D the mod and did not get a response.

I'd rather not discuss it on the public forum and am not trying to. I figured making this thread would hopefully encourage a admin to at least respond to my email. I went through the official methods listed and have never received a response. What would you do in this situation?

I'd probably let it rest. If the thread is locked, finding out why isn't going to reopen it.

I'd give the mods/admin a little time to respond. They're often slow in getting back to people (remember they do have lives), and with the holiday season, they may not even be hanging out here as much as some of us "regular" people do.
