i can't modify online??

I want to change my cruise by a week. I booked online myself, so it isn't a TA issue. There is a modify button but it only offers to change stateroom. Nowhere can I find change itinerary or date or ship. I have read here that you can do this. Has that changed? I really don't want to get on the phone.

It seems that several options formerly available in the "modify" link have disappeared. You need to call DCL for pretty much any changes you want to make.

Speaking of the latest website changes, I'm really not a fan. The first page once you access your reservation (that used to have all the colorful icons) looks so bland now with just the three, there was no need to tuck the rest as small selections in the My Reservation section. Plus not sure why nothing showed up regarding my cruise even though I had used the reservation number link from my CC profile? Had to re-link it using my reservation number. Overall I'm not very impressed!

It seems that DCL is in a period of transition; Some pages seem to revert back to the old style site others are new. Some functionality of the old site hasn't made it to the new pages and other things have odd placement that seems temporary. In addition to the missing cruise modification page, I don't get the placement of the listing of the Dining preference and the "Change Dining Time" link; it's all by itself instead of in the "View Details" page. One would think that your dining preference would be a "detail".

Overall, I like the design of the new page, but why is it still so flippin' slow!

I hate the new website. I tell my kids not to use the word "hate", but I'm going to break my rule. I hate it.

The new site is awful. Half the time I cannot get past the welcome page in my castaway club acct. The entire thing just crashes.

same problem here! Would like to sail one week later, but the only thing I can modify is my room number or my dinner seating.

Word of advice. If you call make sure you haven't been in your reservation for the last hour. I spent 30 minutes on hold only to find out my reservation was locked because I had been trying to modify it 35 minutes prior to talking to the agent. I then spent another 15 minutes on hold while she found an IT person to unlock it. An hour of my life I'd like back.

Hahaha. I amglad i started this thread after all. Seems like we needed a moment to vent on the site changes.
