I can't make a dining reservation online..Help!

I have been trying since 3AM EST. I need help. I can log on but can't seem to link up ressie so it wont let me book 90 plus 10. Help!:surfweb:
I can't find the window that asks for your telephone number. On the restaurant page it asks for you hotel reservation but I can't find the window that asks for your telephone?
 
It does not ask for your telephone number until you have chosen your reservation and are ready to check out. I dont know why you cant book 90+10, but people have been reporting glitches. Maybe it wont open until 6am. Are you able to book the 90 day out ressie?
 
I had a lot of problem trying to use the online system a week ago when my 90+10 opened. I would forget about doing it online and just call 407-WDW-DINE at 7am sharp when they open.
I was really worried everything would be gone by the time 7 rolled around, but I got everything I wanted, so I think you'll be ok if you call.

I had the same problem last weekend when I tried to make my ADR's. I ended up just having to cal WDW-DINE to make them. I had no luck getting the 90+10 to work.

Well I got a hold of Tech Support and they said something must wrong with the reservation.:confused3 I know CRO changed the telephone number on it and Tech Support says that's all it takes and it can't be fixed to allow me to use the online booking. How annoying!!!!!!!!

I did call however at 7 am and got all but one of my reservations and did get the Candlelight package that I wanted:santa:
 
If you're on a restaurant page, you can link the ADR to your resort reservation, but it doesn't ask for your phone number there. It asks for resort confirmation number, last name, date of arrival, and resort name. As noted by a PP, you aren't asked for a phone number until you complete the booking. I had no trouble with the system opening up my 90+10 after I entered the requested information.
 
The on-line system is very hit or miss. We have a room only split stay, one ressies has yet to give me any access past the 90 day, the other ressies has allowed it once, only to have the system give me the " our system is busy try back in a few minutes" messgae resulting in us losing a ressie we REALLY wanted! ( was gone when I called in) but it's ok, things happen for a reason and I think with all these isssues ressies will be fluxuating each day every day. Glad it worked out for you and just keep trying for the one ADR you would still like!:wizard:
 
I was able to make one ADR at 2:00 a.m. CDT, but then the system crapped out and wouldn't let me make any more after that. I was able to make another ADR online at 6:00 a.m., but then the same thing happened and I had to finish up with a phone call.

It seems to me that they system was overwhelmed with holiday guest requests and just couldn't handle it. Of course, I think the system tends to get overwhelmed with non-holiday guest requests too, so it needs some work. It's nice when it works, which in my latest experience was not the case for the most part.
