I wanted to book for AK today but it would only let me look at HS and MK, despite trying a gazillion times! I could, however, book for HS and even got an FP for Slinky Dog. Just logged in again to see what was going on and I was now able to book AK and even got several choices of time for FOP.

Do you have the 4 day ticket that's one day in each park? That could restrict you.
