I'm making my own check-in!

I feel it's especially important for me this week, because I had a gain. :eek:

No big deal. I was half expecting it. I just wanted to snack this week. And snack, and snack, and snack.....well, you get the point. (Now you know where the first half of my DIS name comes from....the other half is a strange story for another day....)

I gained 2 pounds. I'm back on track now, with a bottle of water, and stopping the snacking, and the BLTs!!! (That's Biting, Licking, and Tasting....what were YOU thinking?! ;) )

You have a great attitude, Dan. I have no doubt that you have identified what caused this gain and have already corrected it.

Is this the first time you have showed a gain while following WW? If so, that is just amazing.

You have done so well and you have been so successful. You haven't even taken a full step back just an inch or two ;)

Forget about last week and concentrate on right now. You are going to lose that two pounds in no time at all.

Since I follow Atkins, BLT means bacon, lettuce and tomato (no bread) to me :teeth:
 
I guess the WNY'ers were snacky these past weeks since I gained two pounds also! :( I'm with you! GET THESE OFF and no more food! (Well, you know what I mean!)

Dan, you are back in the driver's seat! Good for you to recognize the snacking you did that caused the TEENY gain! :) You'll have those two pounds banished in no time!!!
