I can't find my AP!!!!

OMG! I think I lost my annual pass! I'm not sure if it gone throw away with mail or what, but I don't know where it is! Will they replace it for me? If I call will they mail me a new one?

From my understanding you need to go to Guest Relations with the original receipt and then they'll issue a new one.

I don't even think you need your original receipt. I know I don't have mine. They have ways to look it up and will issue a new one.

I definately don't have my original receipt. So there is no way I can get logged onto the passholder website now?

No you'll have to call. I have my info saved on the computer so I don't have to log in each time...if you didn't save it you'll have to wait. If you want room prices you can do that over the phone without you passholder number.

My DH did lose his AP while we were there last year. He just went to Guest Relations and told them and they issued him a new one right away.

You'll just need to show them a picture ID and they'll look you up, cancel the old one and print a new one. It takes a couple minutes.

Don't worry. My experience is the same as above. My DS13 lost his almost immediately and they just issued another one.

We were on a non-Disney trip in Orlando this summer and I didn't have my AP with me. We were, however, going to do some things on property, just not parks.

I wanted mine for discounts and free parking. So I went to Downtown Disney Guest relations and I showed them my driver's license. It was replaced with no problem.

OMG!!! My worst (and very feasible) nightmare!!!! I'm always loosing stuff!!! Glad it's so easy to replace.
