I'm having such a hard time getting below the 200 mark. I was at 203 three weeks ago and I'm up 3 pounds now.
I know what I've done and I just need to fix it. Too many chicken tenders on my salad at Ruby's. Too much ranch dressing which has sugar in it. I need to get back to our ceasar dressing which has no sugar. "Treating" myself to french fries once a week coz I'm doing so well. WELL NO MORE!! I was doing so well when I was doing the salad bar or the kitchen made salads at Ruby's. Before we got our low carb menu, I made my meals low carb by getting rid of the bun and replacing the potato with broccoli, so I need to get back to that again.
All I want to see is 199 on that scale, that's all.
I'm having lunch with a friend tomorrow and I made these plans before I weighed myself, so after lunch it's back on the ball and no more "treats" until I 1) reach 199 or 2) reach my goal of 180.
I sure could use a hug and some inspiring words. I'M SO MAD AT MYSELF!!! I know 3 pounds isn't much, but to me it is. It hinders my progress and upsets me greatly.
You know what's really bad....I don't crave the sugar anymore....I want it no where near my body....I just want the carbs. UGH....HELP ME WISH FRIENDS!!
My church mom told me to set a goal for myself by Valentines Day, so I think I will. I want to be 199 pounds by February 14th. That's about 3 weeks away, and I think I can loose those 7 pounds if I just get myself back on track. I need to start working out again. Tae-Bo was a BIG help when I did it faithfully 3-4 days a week, so I need to get with it.
