Has it ever taken any of you forever to choose where you want your ceremony and reception?? I feel like if I were my wedding coordinator I would be like "just choose already!"...I'm having such a hard time making the decision on where I want my reception to be. I'm pretty sure I want my ceremony at SBP or on the beach next to the WP...but I have no idea where to have my reception...something relaxed, but nice. Not fancy...very informal...if any of you read my last post it was about a beach reception. I was thinking about having the reception on shipwreck beach, but now I'm having second-thoughts. I don't think I want dancing or a band/DJ...I honestly think if they could do custom weddings at the poly, that would be my choice...

Do any of the restaurants sound like what I am looking for?

ANY SUGGESTIONS OR IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! thanks everyone!!

i suppose you are doing a custom. I think if you want relaxed and go with your beach feel i'd go with ariels at the Beach Club. i love that location and i think it would fit you. PLus the decor is nice for a great dinner espec. if you are not having a dj or music.

The other locations might be too large for you.

Did you tell your planner the feel of your wedding? I would explain to ther and ask if there are any other alternatives to meet your dream. That's their job to create a wedding your happy with.

hmmm how many people are you having?

I would say Ariel's, Living Seas or california Grill might fit what you are looking for.

I will be inviting about 55...I thought the Jiko Wine Room looked cool, but that can only hold 40...

I'm so confused :confused3

Hmm yeah most of the private rooms at restaurants hold under 50 people from what I know. How about Living seas or Ariels?

Ariel's is what my coordinator suggested, but I'm worried that it will feel too formal. Are there any outdoor sites (besides Epcot) that I could ask her about tomorrow when I call?

I wish I had the money/time to go see all of these places before I make a decision! I want a January wedding, so I feel like I need to set the date soon...the sites I originally wanted are available on the day/time I wanted, I guess I'm just afraid to commit to them right now since I'm not even sure what I want...
