I've been on VMK since Beta and my account has been hacked...no more account. I had so so many things on that account!! I'am SOOOOO sad right now.

omg! i am very sorry to hear that if i could get on vmk i would give you something but i am banned for no reason what so ever. Good luck getting it back

If you have time, could you post here what exactly happened (or what you think happened) so that others can try to avoid being hacked also?
It makes my stomach hurt to think of the stuff you must have lost.
I hope things get better.

well yesterday i was on it fine and found out yesterday i had a trojan on my computer, I go to log on today and it does nothing, just keeps going back to my log in page. then i try to use the contact us page..i enter my username and birthday and it's telling me that username and birthday does not exist. so it must have been the trojan that hacked into my account and erased it or something. Makes me very angry!

yeah, it's not letting me log in. thank you though. i am very upset. i had tons of stuff on that account. i dont know what i'm going to do now.
 
the Question I have is: did anyone else have your account information? and/or was it your own e-mail or parents, sibling? The flaw in the Disney account/VMK account system is if someone has your info they can delete your account and once deleted it can't be restored (to my knowledge) If it was another persons e-mail (just a thought) and they were getting disney e-mails or for whatever reason deleted the account then the VMK account is gone to. Or if someone you knew had your info they could have deleted you for malicious reasons. If you are unable to determine what is up, I think you will be limited to contacting VMK/disney through contact info posted somewhere here. Most likely Home page contact will not be of help with this.
 
Have you been on your account to see that it's all missing? From what it sounds like, you just can't access your account.
 
Did you try entering your email on the link I posted and clicking forgot password? They should send you an email with info.
 
i would try loging in on a different computer that might work. i am not sure i have a mac so i don't have any troubles with virus' and stuff like that. you might still have stuff on it. my friend actually had a problem just like this with vmk turned out something was wrong with her internet. im not sure what to say.. i think vmk should have a help line where you call and they could help you. that would be nice.. even try making another account as well:) best of luck

yeah, i tried that and this is what i got:


Your e-mail address, member name, last name, or birthday does not match our records. Please enter the E-mail Address, Member Name, Last Name, and Birthday you used when you registered.
 
I'm so sorry this happened. Why don't you try calling Disney Internet -- they've always been able to help us in the past with a few problems logging in. :) Good luck! 877-466-6669
 
thanks amber, i just called them and they are telling me they have nothing to do with vmk and i should use the vmk website. i give up

They don't have anything to do with vmk, but they do have your Disney login information. Is it possible you are making a mistake in what you're typing in?
 
nope, i tried it several times on different computers. I'm just upset because i've been on since beta and have tons upon tons of items that i love. including my sparrow costume.
 
Ok since i dont know if you are a minor or not, I will give you a couple of ideas.
1 If you are a minor get your parent to log on to the link in Mals player guide and you can see all the accounts under that email.
2 If you are not a minor you can follow step 1 by your self.
3 If you can not log into ANY Disney site with your email and password, then call the number back and explain to them what has happened.
4 make sure That you have removed the Trojan before you log into any where
