I can't believe it - ALL my clothes shrunk!!!

Yep - that's right, down to every shirt and pant I owe, they all shrunk. Is there someone I can complain to? Really, it's not like I have been gaining much weight, or neglecting my exercises, or it's not like this summer I have been drinking too much beer and eating bad food . I just put on those pants today and realized that there must be something in that new laundry detergent I bought. I am sure that there must be insurance on the clothes that I buy, isn't there? Does any body else have this problem, or am I the unlucky one?
Maybe, I'm just putting on weight as a warning for the winter to come....who knows.

LOL!!! I've had that problem lately too! Must be something wrong with the laundry detergent. It did NOT have anything to do with the cruise I went on recently.

No, no, it's not your laundry detergent! It's a chemical reaction in the metal of the hangers in the closet which then makes the threads in the clothing shrink. The scary thing is it also spreads to the clothes folded in the dressers! This usually occurs around mid-summer after many a patio party - maybe something in the charcoal smoke from the bar b q? The really odd thing is that it only effects my side of the closet and not DH's.

My clothes only shrink when someone sticks them into the dryer on high heat

Gosh I didn't know metal hangers could do that to clothing... I guess I'd better stick to wooden and plastic hangers from now on
