Yes it's happened to me i can no longer see my booking if i log into my Eurostar account, i wonder if it has something to do with the length of time that has passed since booking it as i booked in August too.
However on the main page near the bottom click on the manage my booking and put in your reference and email address and you should be able to view it that way.
I spoke to eurostar and they said to "try logging out of account then click on the manage booking link". This didn't work, I had already tried, however they took the reference number off me and it came up on their systems instantly.THANKFULLY!!
When I arrived at the Eurostar I was unable to print my tickets but they printed them off at the desk no problem so if you are worried just take the copies to the desk and I'm sure they can print more.

Thanks for that. I rang this morning and was slightly concerned that she could not bring my booking up either.
She said the booking was defintely there and she must of been able to see the dates as she said when you travel on the 6th (and i hadn't told her the date) if you have problems with the tickets take them up to the desk.
She said it was nothing i had done and that she didn't really know why she could not get into my booking.
