I cannot for the life of me do the countdown- what is my problem? HELP!!!

I am very computer dumb!!! I can't do a timer, can someone explain in layman's terms- yes I did try to follow the directions on the boards. The cut and paste part has me lost.

I hope you were able to figure it out! It took me a couple (okay, a few) tries to get get it right, but you just have to follow the pop-up instructions EXACTLY and it worked fine, for me anyway. And yes, I'm pretty computer stupid too!
