POR is my favorite resort to stay at. Nice layout, nice pool, great theming... You won't be disappointed. It is definitely on the pricier side if you are used to the Values. I booked our last trip on Orbitz and used their 15% off promo code. Perhaps this would make the rate a bit more manageable?

Our recent stay at All Star Movies was decent. My only issue was that room had a sort of musty yeast-like smell to it. When we returned home our suitcases smelled awful. This could have just been an issue with our specific room but it suggests that the resort is in need of some upkeep.

OK, so if you've decided on POP-- what else are you doing?

Can I put in a plug for something I already mentioned: Lunch with an Imagineer? I got it as a Christmas present a few years ago for my husband, and he raved about it. It's on my bucket list for someday.

I'm doing quiet a bit of extra. So far I have a Pirates and Pals Cruise with Cpt Hook and Peter Pan, Memory Maker, Cinderellas Royal Table, whatever option they have for a Rivers of Light Dinner / Show Package assuming that's open by April 2017, Fantasmic Dinner Package at The Brown Derby (Place I've never tried before), and then I'm also going to Star Wars Celebration before the Disney Part of my trip and I'm going to be spending a LOT of $ at that event I know it lol.. Thanks for the idea though, I'll definitely keep that in mind!

That's one of the reasons I didn't settle for an all star even if it saved a couple hundred. They are a lot older and I don't think as well kept up as POP is, POP also has a much better food court.
