I cannot access the Disneyclub website!

I am a new dc member, just got my card.

When I go to the website, hit the need password/log in icon, it goes to the security prompt and stops dead.

I have tried at least a dozen times different tiimes of the day to get on this website.

This is pretty annoying, cause I am trying to get the car rental # off the site, so I can make a national reservation. Ideas, please.

Bare with me cuz I joined last summer and now of course all I have to do is sign in with my Disney login. Are you a registered user of Disney.com already? You are typing in disneyclub.com and then clicking on the red 'need login name and password'? My computer then asks if I want to display both secure and nonsecure items, then after choosing, it brings up the page where you pick your name and enter the membership number. Do you have firewalls up on your computer? If you select yes or no, do you still freeze?

In your Disneyclub package, you didn't get anything about National in the fat coupon book? I can PM you the National number, but when you pick up the car you do have to have the coupon and show your DC card.

I am actually having a similar problem. Our membership expired and we renewed it - but now can't log onto the site - it says when I login that this account is not recognized as a Disney Club member and then when I go in to register the number etc it says it already has it :(

I've tried e-mailing them but they said to call with problems in the response....
 
I had the same problem when I joined on January. I won't bore you with details, but after many e-mails to them, and talking with them on the phone, it took over 6 weeks to get into the site. They did extend my membership by one month since I was not able to use the site for about that length of time. I would definitely contact them about this. Its not you, its them!
 

Email them - at both the DC email address and go.com address for customer service...because I was already registered at disney.go.com, they had to add a number to my name logon (I got to keep my password) - then it worked. Took about a week and several phone calls before they found a solution. If too many weeks go by get them to extend your membership another month FREE.

Good luck...by the way you can still order tickets and vacation packages over the phone and if you don't have the plastic card yet but have your number you can get the discounts at the disney store in person or on-line.

I was a bit disappointed that you can price vacation packages with the DC discount off of their website - you still have to call to get quotes with any sort of deal...the email will give you rack rate quotes.
