We too had some issues at BW. I'm glad you got a new room, with a much better view and balcony. Part of the fun of staying there is sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view!

We were there the same time as you! We did a split stay with AKLV & BWV Nov. 4-14. I'm looking in all of your pictures to see if we overlapped.

That will be so nice on nights you don't want to stay in the parks late. 
I was going to vote on the split stay, too, but you made your decision without my vote. 
(Like I'm any help on Disney decisions, anyway. ) It just sounds like the perfect plan. You will have a long enough stay at both resorts to make the switch worthwhile, you get to stay for 9 nights, you already know that you love CBR, and you get a chance to stay at your dream resort! I don't see any negatives - well, except for the money, but that would be a negative no matter what your plan was. 
I know you and the boys are super excited. And I'm sure your easy-going DH is just happy that you're happy. 
I'd love to frame it or something, but Madison has too much fun putting it together.

I think I read you can see the MK fireworks from the pool at Poly? I know you can from the beach
I am glad we changed back to the TPV for that reason I will not, I repeat I will not miss my beloved fireworks at MK this trip even if DH is a party pooper and wants to "rest"

Your sheltie is beautiful, the one we had hated rain cold snow etc , our golden on the other hand would be right down there rolling in the snow with yours, although she didn't last week when we had the big snow hmmmmm wonder why?

I LOVED "Project Future"! It's a great book. Very informative for sure.
We have that same puzzle! We bought it back in Jan 09 and we put it together in our hotel one morning. We've done it a few times since then too....needless to say, it doesn't take us too long to put it together anymore!!
