I can make my ADRs 4/30 but...

The August hours are not out yet. I was hoping to know what parks have emh (to avoid or not) or what day fantasmic is , etc. Now what do I do? Do I make them and then if I have to try and reschedule or get new one if they don't work out?

look at last years hours which are available in the theme park section of the site.

Recently, the park hours have been coming out the last couple of days of the month three months prior.

August hours should be posted May 1. It's present month plus the next three months. However, Disney is often notoriously slow posting the calendars.

In regards to EMH you can guesstimate what days it'll be by looking at last years and looking at the weeks leading right up to your vacation week and see the pattern. Someone did this for last month since part of her vacation was in April and March and she was right.

For Fantasmic I am no help.
