I came home to quite the surprise!

When I got home from work this afternoon, there was a package waiting on the front step. DH orders stuff online all the time, so I thought it was something for him. When I brought the box in, I saw that the packing tape said Joann.com........weird. It was also addressed to me.....weirder, since I know I didn't order anything.

It's an Ellison Big Shot Beginner's Kit! I just started scrapping in January, and a couple of weeks ago I was looking at the personal cutting systems at AC Moore. DH was with me, but I didn't think he was paying attention....but I guess he was . I'm off to play with it. I've never used any kind of die cut machine ever in my life, and the instructions are pretty thin.....I hope I don't break it!!

I guess I don't have to drop hints about a personal cutting system for our anniversary in October.

You will love playing with it. If you have a Michaels near you, their Sizzixs are 50% off. You can use the Sizzix, Ellison, and Quickcutz in the machine as long as you have enough of those mat things to take up the extra space for the littler ones.
