I bought the Sea Salted Caramel Gelato!

I just got home and had dinner. I put the gelato in the freezer to await my return. I can't wait to try it! So, on that note...I'm on my way to the freezer!

I bought it about a year ago @ Publix and really didn't like it

I threw in chocolate chips.. pretzels.. anything to try and make it edible, but I ended up throwing half of it away.

Maybe they've changed the recipe, or maybe I just have weird taste buds. I usually LOVE caramel + salt, but it just didn't work for me in gelato form.

My girlfriend loves caramel - her favorite place of all is the caramel shop in Epcot - I got some of this for her and we both loved it... she had a "moment" when she tried it... she said it was good I was there for "after"... ;-)

and the Sea Salt Caramel .. also yum .. but very rich... I had a scoop of the SS Caramel with a scoop of the Double Dark Chocolate ... Oh My.... mmmmm.

I just got back from Costco and they were handing out samples of sea salt chocolate covered caramels. YUMMY!!!!! They are good and I really wish I had bought some instead of just sampling them.

Definately a thumbs up!

Haven't tried the sea salted caramel yet...That one wasn't on sale and I can't bring myself to pay $6.00 for a pint . However the caramel cookie crunch was on sale and it rocks!....mmmmmmm
