and know I have to pick them up at will call (any tips to make that faster?). But are they going to give us paper tickets or credit card type tickets?

We bought our tickets last year at the Disney Store and had the cc type and that was kind of nice. :)

I am interested in knowing more about this as well. I bought my tickets through GAT as well.... I can't wait until they arrive any day now in the mail!!!!!!!!

I am also curious to know what early entry their tickets provide. It says it gives you "two Magical Morning early entries"--does this mean you can use those EEs on any day it's offered or are there particular restrictions if you buy through GAT? Thanks!!!

As far as I know, any of the 4 MMs per week are fair game. :)

We are at DLR Right Now!! Okay, not right now, we are at the hotel taking a nap break so we can play later tonight.

With GAT you will not get your park tickets in the mail. They are electronic tickets and you pick them up at any ticket booth at DLR. You must have picture ID (driver's license) for the person whose name the tickets are under. The only thing you get from GAT in the mail are your hotel voucher's and a little slip of paper that tells about PS and e tickets for DLR. Plus your lanyards and pins and coupon book.

We also have 2 MMs and can use them Sun., Tues., Thurs., or Sat. Watch for the MM line to get in to DL. Do Not :scared: stand in the regular lines (YIKES). Pick up the magic morning paper that will get you through the rope into Fantasyland and enjoy your morning.

Thanks for the answers. But I still would like to know what the tickets look like after I pick them up at will call. I already got the printout and other stuff in the mail.

Thanks again.:yay:

The tickets are regular paper tickets. I recommend having one person wait in the ticket line while the rest of the family waits at the gate. This way you will be further up in the line to get into the park. Have fun!

I believe it's getawaytoday.com. Kind of like Undercovertourist or Ticketmania that us WDW people use for buying tickets at a slightly reduced price.

crum........I have a letter to present at any ticket booth and was hoping all the tickets were the cc type....I guess I'll have to settle for the paper ones...after 5 days in the parks I would imagine they get kind of weathered looking!

does anyone know if the 2 mm that GAT offers is available to those of us who buy just tickets through them? I would love to have an extra hour in the park.:yay:
Also- I was curious on how early the will call window opens?
thanks!!

Yes, you don't have to purchase a package through them to get the 2 MM. I recently went with them for just the park tickets and character meal vouchers. They were very great to work with.

I'm not sure what time the will call window opens though.

We book through Getawaytoday every time we travel to Disneyland. We book over the phone and we get our tickets and confirmation numbers sent to our email inbox, and they also send you the confirmation in the post mail. You just either print it from your inbox or take the confirmation sent to you by post mail to Disneyland and they hand you a paper ticket.

There are lots of things you can carry your paper ticket in so it wont get bent or something. Dollar stores have little carriers, and you can buy them in the park. They are little clear envelope type things that are attached to a lanyard.

Here's another ?:

We are going in May and for sure want 3 day park hoppers but MAYBE 5-day. We are buying our tickets through GAT. Is there any advantage to making up our minds ahead of time or can we just upgrade when we are at disneyland? Will it end up costing us more to upgrade later?

How did you get the character meal vouchers? I already ordered my hopper tix through them.

there is a pull down on the page you order tickets from.....pull it down to dining ...I think it starts as attractions , from there you can order the character dining at a discount also.
the nice thing about GAT is you can make payments, if you order far enough in advance!
I don't remember a separate line last year for EE now that they call it MM is it a different set up?

Stupid me missed the drop down thing! I wonder if I order the character meal vouchers if they'll hit me with another $10 processing fee.

If you use the code 'podcast', it'll take the $10 dollars off I think. I tried using it when I was pricing stuff and it worked for me.
