My grandma's best friend has a black and white themed room in her house. She keeps up a black tree with white ornaments all year long. It is stunning!

ok can someone just explain to me why on earth you would want a black christmas tree? Call me a traditional gal, which I certainly am, but I could deal with the pink, red, blue, etc. but to me black just seems so...morbid.

I do think that stars and stripes one is kinda cool though...especially since I have Americana themed stuff for christmas.

I saw a black one the other day, and it was GORGEOUS!

I want pictures too! I've been debating buying dd9 one for a month, but her room is SOOOOOOOO small (we moved into a new house that is part of dh's job, which is great, but my kids' rooms are tiny). I don't know if I should try to make room for a new tree or not. Doesn't stop me from wanting to see yours!
