at 7:00 last night! I was at 177 days from my arrival date so I didn't think I would be able to get the breakfast. However, there were tons of open times!

It appears that not many people are aware of the new 180 ADR rule, including the CM I had. She told me I couldn't book yet because I wasn't 60 days out. After argued with me I hung up, dialed again, and got a CM who could knew the policy. :Pinkbounc

I think that the price increase and the change to 2 dining credits will make CRT easier to book in the future.

I agree. $32 10+ and $22 for 3-9. Seems like a lot for breakfast. Though I think photos are suppose to come with it but considering you can get photos taken with the princess in Mickey's ToonTown for free with your own camera it doesn't seem worth it. Glad DD is not into the Princesses. She prefers 1900 Park plus I like the selections of food better than the family style that CRT offers. Someone else suggested that maybe now with more available ADRs (because of new prices) for CRT that it won't be as sought after. Maybe if it doesn't do as good as expected Disney will return the price. What I don't think is fair is that if you don't have a credit card you can't book there. That just doesn't seem right to me. They don't even give you a chance to mail the money in. Yes, I have Credit cards but people like my sister don't, she loves spending money and knows that if she got them that she'd be just asking for trouble.

I was able to book 2 different days for breakfast at CRT for our march trip yesterday, and the CM said there was a lot of openings.

It sure is easier then years past.

Yes, it definitely appears that the price is no much more in line with the demand. Hopefully, that means that anyone who wants to have this dining experience will be able to do so, without having to play fastest finger at 7AM one more long before their trip. :)

A lot of people aren't interested in paying the high price anymore - plus, most guests don't book their hotels 6 months out. The nice thing is, the agents aren't so busy at 7am in the morning anymore (it used to be a pain to try to call for anything then).

FYI - pics don't come free at CRT, or at least they didn't at lunch last week. Was $32.

The new price, and the new deal with the photos, start February 1.

The photos won't be free, they will be included in the price of the meals in February. There isn't a choice to get or not to get them.

Yes, the breakfast is on the very expensive side; especially for me as I cannot eat that much food. However, for my over-the-hill birthday I wanted to eat in the castle. I also want to see my husband cringe when he discovers that it is a character meal. :earboy2:
