Nope, you will not find it onboard either, for the same reason you won't find it in the parks, they don't want to clean it up.

You can take it with you, they don't "ban" it, you just can't find it to buy. My DH would never survive without his carefree bubblegum flavor. I usually take 2 ten packs for the 7 day, guess I'd better pack 3 for the 10 day!
