I am worried !!!!

Just called to confirm my reservations for PBH in a couple of weeks they say that I was booked for a standard room with garden view but I have a club room booked. I booked through universal vacations and emailed the person I talked to my res. confirmation paper that says Portofino Club Room the person I spoke with was very polite and said he would fix everything for me but he was to email me something confirming this it has been over an hour and no email what should I do? I am kind of freaking out I paid more for this room and the club access and I do not want to get to orlando and have any problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You have a couple of weeks and a confirmation paper. Relax and call again tomorrow if you don't hear anything.

Did you check your reservation on the Loew's website? Is it correct there?

One thing to remember is that at Portofino there is not a club level floor, so any room can be given club access. However, since you booked club service, you should be receiving a deluxe room with club access. Make sure, when you hear back, that this is what you are getting. You should not be getting a standard room. Your room should also be in the West or Villa wing.

I wouldn't fret too much about it, but do make sure that you get what you paid for!

Thanks for the advice, I called this morning and was told I have a club room, when I asked for an email confirmation from the hotel but what I got was the original email from universal vacations,the same one I sent them last night. I am going to try my best not to fret too much, I am just frustrated because when I booked this vacation it was by telephone and I was told I would have a deluxe room with a pool or bay view with club access, and now I am afraid I will get a standard garden view with club access, I do not like being lied to, but I will just assume that all has been taken care of as they said.
