I'm working on a paid solution. After I do, users with ad blockers will not have access unless they pay for the ad-free version.

Interesting. It just happened as I read your reply. I don't know if it helps at all but it said, "Error code: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION"

Nope. There will also be non-paid options. I am still working out the details. As inconvenient as they are, ads allow these boards to remain free, so I will have to offset the costs somewhere.

I thought I would share a screenshot of the new thing that has been happening. I'm on a 17" laptop, full screen, running Windows 11 using Chrome as my browser. There are now several ads on top of the comments. I can't move them or close them. If I reboot, they'll go away but they do come back. This has been happening for several days now.

I have been having all of the problems that are recently reported.
It seems the Windows 11 Update might be causing these issues that are also being discussed on the Apple and Microsoft Community Boards .
I guess the advice is to go into settings for Windows Update history and scroll down to “Uninstall Updates “
I don’t know anything about Internet Technical Issues but this might be a place to at least start.
Dis boards is the most active & interesting online community
But it is driving me crazy with glitch’s, etc …

I also don’t understand why topics go on forever .
I guess it would be a full time job to try to Clean up really outdated advice , etc…
I have trouble just trying to get rid of screenshots and all those terrible photos stored on my iPhone that is slowing it down .

I wouldn't randomly 'uninstall' updates since they usually cover a variety of topics. Fixes along with updates to minimize security risks/etc.

It literally took me a 1/2 hour to post my poll today. Every morning is bad, but today was horrible. Pretty soon I’m going to have to stop doing polls, because I don’t have enough time in the morning to do that and participate with other threads and messages on this board. It really is getting very frustrating.
