I am very emotional this year

I am sitting here listening to the Three Tenors sing xmas carols in English......now in between boo hoos and wiping eyes.....I am laughing and smiling to hear Jose try to sing jingle Bells.....and then cried when I heard him sing Marys Boy child.....these three make it worth while to listen to this type of music......happy holidays to you all


Okey just put on the Chipmunks christmas tape......what can I say.....I am very good at picking my xmas music

I went to a show last night to see the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, along with the Elm City Girls Choir, a wonderful bass/baritone named Michael Krueger(I think) and his wife, a beautiful soprano named Melanie Katsanakkis(and I am sure I have spelled that wrong!) Brought tears to my eyes. She sang "Oh Holy Night"...one of my favorite Christmas songs... and I just sat there thinking "Imagine opening your mouth and having that voice come out. It's a gift from God." Sends chills up my spine just thinking about it.

DS asked me why I was listening to it if it made me cry, LOL. He doesn't quite get the touching kind of cry just yet, he thinks if you cry you must have a tummy ache or someone just yelled at you.

I am right there with you all! I cry over the silliest things during the BEST of times, but ever since my Dear Nephew went into the hospital, I feel like I am crying ALL of the time. I am CONSTANTLY having to stop talking because I get choked up...
