I am totally dreading making ADRs on Sunday!

Is anyone other than Happy99 having a problem with a resort reservation booked online? I'm starting to get a little concerned, as I booked mine online.

I am so aggravated right now. They are telling me that my reservation is corrupted and they cannot bring it up on the dining screen and they won't let me make my +10 dining reservations. I could make it for my 90 day exactly.

They did verify that I do have a reservation and the money is on it and all is fine with it on that end.

I don't know what to do. One of the restaurants we want to book is Ohana and they always book up quickly leaving only the 9pm reservation slots. The others are the Pirate cruise at the GF and the Bibbidi Boutique at the MK

Anyone have any pointers or ideas of how I can get them to let me make my +10 ADR's?

Why on earth would it be corrupted to begin with?

I have that same concern. We are planning a large family vacation in a Grand Villa...3 families. We will not be eating all our meals together...but we can't have ADRS at different restaurants because all 3 families are booked under one Grand Villa reservations????

That's a great question! I'd be calling them just to ask before it came time for making my ressies. I'll betcha that right now they'll only allow 1 ADR per confirmed room res. just 'cuz they didn't think it thru that far! There might be a way to guarantee a 2nd or 3rd res. with a cr. card - as if the other people in the other res. were staying off site or something.:confused3

I dont know if its just my family or what, but we have never made our vacation plans more than 3-4 months ahead of time adn we have never had any trouble getting the TS we want when we want them

The only "hard to get" plce we have not eaten is CRT

I htink the 90 day system will give more people fair chance at getting the TS they want but for us e've never had the problems that so many other people seem to have on these boards....maybe we're just lucky:confused3

The reason is to help avoid multiple bookings for each meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Etc. It has nothing to do with how far apart the meals are. The lunch hours are usually 11am or 12pm until 2:30, 3pm or 3:30pm.

You can eat at 2pm and 5pm if you wish since they would be considered lunch and dinner

There were so many double bookings of restaurants for the same day / same general time that a lot of people were shut out of restaurants and then all of a sudden either the restaurants had a lot of no shows or people cancelled last minute, the considerate ones ;)

They must have a way for a supervisor or someone to over-ride this...many people eat at off peak times and will encounter this same problem...unless they start specifying that the DxDP is for one BREAKFAST, one LUNCH and one DINNER TS credit...maybe that is next????:scared1:

Had a few problems with the new system when I called on the 19th. I was told that the system was updating (during call time?) and to call back in the afternoon. Of course I called back every hour to see if it was up and running. Nope, it was down until 2:15, but I had called just a few minutes after it was going again so I got right through. I was able to get all of my ADR's but for some reason it wasn't allowing any reservations for O'Hana's. I told the CM I would try back another day. Well, he was so nice that he called ME back some 20 minutes later to tell me that it was able to book it, so I got what I needed. That was very impressive.

Good luck to those of you who are going to be calling in the next few weeks. Expect some issues going in. princess:
