Today is my last work day until January 4 2010! WooHoo!
DBF, DD and I are all off. We have no real plans just kinda hanging out for the week.
I can't concentrate. (Which is why I'm a posting fool today.)
I am so excited for Christmast festivities to begin.
It starts tonight with a romatic dinner out with DBF while DD is at her BFF's for dinner and a gift exchange.
We are going to Christmas Eve church with DBF's family, then to their house for seafood. Then we go home and open our Christmas eve gifts (pajamas for all.) Christmas moring at home then back to DBF's parents' house for opeing gifts there and dinner. DD and I both have stockings there this year.
His mom is so worried about DD having enough gifts so she doens't feel left out of the family so she keeps getting her stuff. They have 2 grandchildren ages 6 and 2 so DD will definately understand getting less gifts than they do.
Back home Christmas night to finally relax a bit. Then up early on Saturday morning to start making my first ever Christmas dinner. My parents are driving over from WV and we are having dinner with his parents. (Its the first time our parents meet each other.) After his parents leave we are having our gift exchange.
Sunday moring off to brunch then my parents are leaving and I'm collapsing from exhaustion.
I'm just rambling now but I am sooooo excited! I actually cried the other day from happiness.
Everyone is happy and healthy (Cancer-free! YAY!!!!)! We have a lot for greatful for this year. I feel like the luckiest and happiest person on the planet right now.
