Santa just came by on the fire truck and as usual, I cried!!!
I love this day. We usually bake cookies as we wait and then come in for hot chocolate and warm cookies . Today, we decorated a Ginger Bread house and some ginger bread men.

My kids think I am nuts when they see me cry.

Hey that sorta sounds like our christmas parade. I love that parade every year because it is so typical 'small town'. We have 15-20 different fire trucks and there's always a santa in one of them.

We come in and drink homemade hot chocolate afterwards. My dh insists on making the hot chocolate instead of using the powdered stuff. I like his better but it takes so much longer!
