hi!!! we are going to DL, 1st time!!!!!!, over Thanksgiving....cheapest air was frontier (which i love...tvs!) was $311 r/t n/s EACH! (3 of us) ouch!! yeah, $933.00 just for airfare....dang!

well, i didnt want to buy until i saw what SOUTHWEST had to offer me (love them too!! free bags!!) wellllll, can i just tell you how glad i am that i waited?!?!?!?!

you might want to sit down for this....

$478.20.....for all of us r/t n/s!!!! that would be $159.40 each r/t!!

cant beat that with a stick! i did shuffle our dates by 2 days to get the cheapest flights...but no biggie. instead of nov 21-28...it will be nov 23-30!

im really sorry you have to put up with my giddyness....but man did that make my day!!!!!

We'll be there 11/20 - 11/25 but our dates are more fixed so we're hoping for airfares to drop for those dates before we book. Still, SW has the best offer at this point. We're coming from CO, too, and staying at HOJOs with the ENT rate.

That is a fab deal, especially around Tgiving!
I am also trying to make a trip in Nov. (in addition to our Sept trip...hoping to buy AP's and go back for Christmastime decorations) We drive down from Northern Cal. so we don't need flights but we did book the Ent rate at Hojo's....can't beat that!!!!

We live close to the Englewood Rec Center and I work in Denver. Found out that DS13 has all of Thanksgiving week off for the first time (he goes to Newton) so we figured we'd spend a few of those off days at DLR, then fly back in time for Thanksgiving dinner with the rest of the family.

my dd goes to littleton, and she gets only the wednesday off before tgiving, so she will have to miss 3 days of school.....
im sure she will be upset!!
we have only lived here for 2 years. from michigan, all family is back there...so we dont have to worry about having tday with family.

Yay ~ we'll there with you! But only Thanksgiving weekend ~ we'll fly or drive in on Wed. 11/24 and fly or drive home on Sat*27 or Sun*28 ~ we'll be at HoJo's with the ent rate *$59 per night!

have a great time! Tgiving weekend was great for us, crowds were very low on Tgiving Day and that Friday, they did start to pick back up later that weekend but still they were very low. We had our Tgiving dinner at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good......I highly recommend it!!
