I am smiling for you! And even though we have never met, I am so happy that you have hit this 5 year mark. You certainly have much to celebrate, and I can't think of a better place to do it than at WDW.

And even though I don't know you and won't be in WDW when you are, I'd like to make a dedication to you. When you are at the Magic Kingdom watching Wishes for your first time, know that I have dedicated that magical moment to you. Of course, I can only do it in spirit, but it's the thought that counts, right Anyway, when those spectacular and colorful bursts of light fill the sky, hug your family, make a wish and plan to return in another 5 years! Have a wonderful time and the best to you and your family!

We took a Wishes Cruise on Easter night and it was one of the most beautiful peaceful amazing things ever. It looks like the fireworks are pixie dust on the castle and they reflect off of the lake, it's spectacular and moving.
I saw a previous mention of a spa treatment, now I haven't been to a WDW spa but that's one of my "just for me" pleasures I try to save up for every once in awhile.
Whatever you do, the best thing is you are still here to bless us all with your presence and message of hope! Hooray for you

ETA: What about releasing 6 pink balloons (one for each year of cancer-free plus one for good luck) with notes attached to them (things you're grateful for, etc)? You could release them into the air "letting go" of the past five years and starting a new and healthy chapter in your life? Maybe even get your husband and DD to write notes to attach too? It could be a quiet family moment full of great meaning and celebration!

I don't know if your budget can swing it, but what about a fab dinner at V&A? Or one of the restaurants at a monorail hotel where you can view the fireworks, like California Grill?
