I am so sick of baseball! LOL

I thought it was cool when DH got DS, now 15, into baseball. But with 3 of them noe playing and DH helping the 6 yo DD along-she has a good arm he says, I am going nuts! Now don't get me wrong I can cheer as loud as the next Mom. I watch the Red Sox and say prayers to the Red Sox God's that Schilling is going to break the curse......but this Little Leaque stuff is driving me nuts! All we talk about is baseball, I even made a mindless comment that the grill was on fire one night and they kept talking about baseball-DH stopped long enough to roll his eyes at me! Tonight the dinner discussion, after sitting through 2 games, was if the coach should have gotten thrown out or not. I am so glad the season is almost over!!!!! Oh crumbs, I think 2 of them made All Stars, sigh. Oh well I guess I can listen to all baseball/24 hours a day for another month or so.

I know where you're coming from bothmy boys are Cubs this year. It is a given that my older one will be on the all star team and now my DH (the coach) is telling me he "thinks" the little one will be too!! We play from April till the end of July and I had better not schedule anything during that time LOL

I LOVE baseball games when i know the people that are playing..haha..i went to every one of my brothers high school games this year...(except when i was in disney!)..now my 2 best friends start summer leagues..went to 3 games today

awwww....I remember those days! DH was a coach, older DS played until he was 13 or 14 - and younger DS stopped (finally!) at age 18! It does get tedious - but cherish it! They grow up so fast! (Yeah - I remember the first half of summer vacations doing the All Stars thing with DS.)
