I am so PO'd with Pure Hoodia!!!!

I have been on hold with Pure Hoodia (Pure Health Labs) for the past 45 min. to cancel and at 7:00 ET the phone clicked and I got the disconnect/busy signal. I called back and got the "office is closed" message. Very nice. :headache: Thankfully today is day 6 of my trial period. I guess I will be on the phone at exactly 10:00 ET tomorrow.
 
Wow that's horrible! Can't they at least answer the calls of the people in line that called way before closing.

Thanks for the heads up, I will be calling them first thing in the morning in a few days.
 
I also called them a few minutes after they opened and got someone right away. Early morning is probably best with them. The woman that took my call was really nice, so that was a big relief! Good luck!! :thumbsup2
 

Well I called this morning at about 10:15 et this morning, and had no wait at all. And your right, the are very nice. So nice, I almost feel bad for getting upset last night. Although, I have learned an almost costly lesson, don't wait until the late afternoon to cancel any offers.
 
just a question regarding this offer

since it is only a 7 day trial did you receive the product before you called to cancel - does it arrive that quickly?
 
I received the product 2 or 3 days before my 7 day trial period was up.

Of course, I still haven't found the time to try it yet :)
 
Does anyone have the 800# to call and cancel? The number I have rings twice and then clicks like someone picked up and there's nothing there, then it gives me the busy hang up signal. Freaking me out a little bit! :confused3
 
I called 800-757-1279. I called during the afternoon, no luck getting anyone in a timely manner. Called right after they opened and it went right through. Good luck :)
 
morning definately seems to be the way to go with this one. I tried yesterday afternoon but couldn't sit on hold for that long. I got in first thing this morning.

You know, as much as these advertisers complain about quick cancels --- 7 days isn't very realistic. I was 5 days into the trial and I still haven't received the product, much less been able to test it out.
 
My trial ends Saturday and I still haven't rec'd the product. Looks like I need to cancel. I like when the companies give you a few extra days after shipping the product to try it. Seven days just is not enough time.
