The big building is for Flight of Passage.

The seating for the attraction is similar to Soarin except you'll sit on the back of a Banshee instead of on a Hang glider. It will have a lot more movement than Soarin' and will be 3D.

This is a totally dumb question... Pandora is not just an evening park right? The evening thing is the show that will never open. Rivers of Light is the evening event correct?

I'm trying to figure out how to fit in Animal Kingdom on our August trip if Pandora is open! Thank you!

Pandora (the land) will be open all day, though you'll probably want to see it at night for all the "bio-luminescent" plants.

Rivers of Light is/will be the nighttime show, which could possibly be open by August.

I've mentioned this on another thread, but seeing the technology already at Pirates in shanghai and the technology coming to Pandora I feel like the possibilities for full immersion are endless. I'm not a fan of Avatar by any means, but just seeing that AA looked amazing and I am excited to see how they fully immerse you. I'm a huge Star Wars fan and knowing that this technology will be used (if not more advanced) when building that land and rides, I feel like you will think you really are in the Star Wars world. In this aspect technology can truly be an amazing thing, bringing us as close to the worlds we love so much.

Hope these fans held on and/or got professional help.

"I wasn't depressed myself. In fact the movie made me happy ," Baghdassarian said. "But I can understand why it made people depressed. The movie was so beautiful and it showed something we don't have here on Earth. I think people saw we could be living in a completely different world and that caused them to be depressed."

"When I woke up this morning after watching Avatar for the first time yesterday, the world seemed ... gray. It was like my whole life, everything I've done and worked for, lost its meaning," Hill wrote on the forum. "It just seems so ... meaningless. I still don't really see any reason to keep ... doing things at all. I live in a dying world."

So I was listening to the Connecting with Walt Podcast and Michael was talking about Pirates in Shanghai and I realized this is going to be the ride tech for the Pandora Boat ride. After watching the ride video of that Pirates, I can say, I don't care what the IP is. This is going to be an amazing ride!

Looking forward to it. Have to keep hubby interested in reasons to come back.
