I love a salad but I don't want to eat salads for five days. The last time I was at WDW I had to to just that. Please tell me that WDW has included much more vegetarian fare on their menus since five years ago.

I like the taste of meat but my gut does not handle it.

Check the Dining Review board. I remember reading a few made by vegetarians including some items not listed on the general menus.

Have you looked at any of the menus available online?

I would do that. See what appeals to you and where it is located. Keep that research with you and each day you head to a park, know where the CS places you would like to try are.

Many TS places have a veggie dish, just depends on what you like.
And buffets may be the route for you, as there is plenty to choose from.

Do you eat dish or are you strictly vegan? I know as someone else pointed out there are reviews on the board about eating vegetarian. If you are an ovo lacto veggie I think you'll be ok but if your a strict vegan the reviews sound not so good.

There are veggie wraps or grilled sandwiches at nearly every CS location. A few others have pizza, and some do have only salads, but they are definitely the minority and easy to avoid. Veggie burgers are available at any CS that has regular burgers, even if you don't see it on the menu, just ask. There are also several locations with stir-fried vegetables, vegetable salads, etc.

I see vegetarian options on every TS menu, with some restaurants actually having more than one, or another that can be easily made vegetarian. These entrees are primarily pasta, and some are tofu. But they are very different, from one location to another, so there is variety. Many restaurants also have truly vegetarian soups (no meat or fish stock), ask the chef to be sure.

Disney chefs are amazingly accommodating and truthful about ingredients. (I've found chefs in other places who could not comprehend that chicken stock is not vegetarian.)

Check menus on AllEars, here on the DIS, and on the WDW site, so you can choose your CS and TS locations with options you like.

There are plenty of options but you do need to spend some time looking over the online menus. Some of my favorites are the tofu dish at Sci-Fi, the veggie pie at Rose and Crown, the veggies sandwiches at Backlot Express and Columbia Harbor House, the tofu at Brown Derby, and now there's a veggie sub at Restaurantasaurus.

Have fun looking at the menus.

:)
