I am having a BLAST with my Expression:yay: :yay: . I wondered if I would experience any buyer's remorse after dropping that much money on it....and the answer is NO WAY!

I didn't realize until today that you can cut smaller than 1" on it....cutting the letters I wanted at 3/4" made the difference in whether or not my layout was going to work. While I was gluing the letters together, I had the Expression cutting out gingerbread men. I used the "Auto Fill" feature to cut 10 gingerbread men, and I only had to press "Cut" one time:).

I'm laughing at myself a little bit, too. When I got my little bug in April, it sat in the box for weeks because I was afraid to use it. This time, I couldn't wait to get it set up and working:rotfl2: .

I know a lot of us bought the AC Moore bundle this past week.....how is everyone else doing with it?

I didn't buy mine last week (I wanted to buy the bundle for the Stretch Your Imagination cart and sell the rest, but didn't). Just wanted to say, though, that I know what you mean!! The Expression is wonderful!

Have lots of fun with it!! :thumbsup2

I too am loving it. When it first came out, I didn't think of the advantages beyond cutting bigger (or smaller) sizes, but to me, the best part of all is not having to change the paper so often. When doing a big project, that little bug could be a pain in the neck. I worked on my Christmas cards over the weekend and the Expression easily cut my work time in half. I also *love* the quantity feature - another big time saver. I'm very very happy with it, and no buyer's remorse for me! The only downside is I'm back to working on my dining room table because my scrap room doesn't have a place for the big bug yet, but I'll figure something out eventually.

I love the auto fill feature!!! I used it for a CJ and it rocked! I also like the centering feature. I wanted to cut out the middle of a pic in the shape of a puzzle piece, it was so cool!!!

Congrats on the 7k posts B&MB!

I love love love my Expression. My baby bug came to visit today (my friend that bought it came for a tutorial) and I have to say when I looked at it I was so happy to have my Expression. It is true- there is so much more to it than just the cutting size capabilities.

congrats B&MB! :cool1:

i love my big bug too! made a bunch of pilgrim stuff off of "my world" for DD school play banner, her teacher was very impressed.

Also did my cards and gift tags for x-mas.

ok, you guys are making me want the Expression! I have the little one and haven't used it much but hearing you guys talk about the big one makes me want it.:)

I finally figured out what to do with my Expression. I bought a utility cart like you would put a printer on, so I can keep it against the wall, then wheel it out when I need to use it.

I also moved all my cartridges and they will *just* fit on one shelf of the cart now (2 rows deep) - I just can't buy anymore. I also had a mild heart attack when I counted my cartridges and realized how much I've spent on this machine this year. :scared: I never pay full price, but it's still a small fortune! Buying a few here and there never made it hurt too bad, but I'm clearly in serious need of an intervention!

but I'm clearly in serious need of an intervention!

Nah, interventions are overrated!!!! :lmao: I also added all I have spent on my habit, I mean hobby, and was a little stunned. It hasn't stopped me from buying more though.

My take on the money is that I waited 42 years to get a hobby (seriously, I've never had a hobby before), so I'm just making up for lost time. Even if I bought every cartridge there is, I *still* wouldn't catch up to all the money DH has spent on hobbies over the years:).

i just have the little bug and don't know how to use it very well. i just can't seem to find the time. but would love to learn how to use it more. but hearing everyone talk about their expression i feel deprived!!!! good idea to sell yours ashley. maybe after the holidays i can play around with mine more and then *maybe* think about the big one.

oh and bamb congrats on your 7000 post! woo hoo for you!!!1

I bought the bundle about a month back but have only just started playing with it. I took it out of the box about 2 weeks ago. I am enjoying it but just starting to learn features. I haven't been able to figure out what size things will cut yet though.

I've had the Expression for several months now and I love it  . I had the little bug first, and the EXP is 10x the machine the little bug is!!!!!:snooty: ROFL!!!!!

EXACTLY! My husband skis:scared1: and spent a period obsessed with cars:sad2: For that kind of money, I could buy a cart a week for the next decade. . . or two.
