I am looking for some creative ideas!!

My husband and I are surprising our kids and our nephews with a visit to the Pirates League on our last day in the Magic Kingdom. Later that nigh we are taking our kids, our nephews and dh's brother and his wife on the Pirate's and Pal's boat cruise. They are travelling with us for their first trip but they are on a very limited budget and we have had a pretty good year and wanted to do something extra special for everyone. This is a total surprise for everyone, and I would like to come up with a creative way to tell them. Perhaps an invitation that I can have delivered to their room while we are at the parks. Any creative help with this project would be greatly appreciated!
