Last night, I went nuts. I have been the same weight for a 10 days now. Something snapped in me and I went chocolate crazy. Had a BIG browniie and 2 carbolite treat.(By the way, I have never had them before, they are good) So, my carbs were at 50 or 60. I gained a pound today, not surprisingly.
But, here comes the interesting thing, my ketones were measured at large this morning.
So here are my questions: If I still have ketones, does that mean I didn't throw myself off?
And, does anyone find that when they hit certain weights, their body loves that weight? The weight I'm at, my body, over the years, loves to stay at.
I am back on the straight and narrow but will do induction for now.
